I would recommend this company to others and would use it again myself.I have found all ear pieces to be somewhat uncomfortable for prolonged use. Ordered from OEM and it arrived quickly, within a couple of days. This USB earpiece works better than the blue tooth that I had --- the reception is clear and very loud (much better than the cell phone itself of the previous blue tooth) on the other end, the people that I've called said it was loud and clear.
Both the microphone and earpiece works perfectly. Worked as described. Sounds better than Bluetooth and doesn't need charging.
Just plug it in and the phone automatically detects the headset. Works OK. The earpeace doesn't easily stay in the ear.
Can anyone beat that price.It works fine. Will buy again. A buck and two pennies. Shipping fast.
I also do not like the way it fits in my ear. I still use it because I cannot find another head set to fit my Motorola razor except the expensive blue tooth. Although I only paid 1 cent for it and the shipping cost was where I really paid anything I was a little upset. It is very uncomfortable.
